Stop Fixing the Problem. Start Understanding the Business
Sometimes the problem you think isn't what's holding you back.

Most SMEs come to us asking for a specific thing. More sales. A new hire. A system.
Half the time, it's not what they actually need.
The owner who wants "a sales process" often needs a clearer answer to where the business is actually going first, the process is just where the confusion happens to show up.
Our job isn't to build what you ask for. It's to work out what the business actually needs to get where you want it, even when that's a different conversation to the one you walked in wanting to have.
That's where the real growth conversations start: not "fix this problem" but "what's actually possible here, and what do we need to build toward it."
Comment GROWTH and I'll send you the questions we use to get to that conversation faster.
